Who Is Blaine Moore And
Why Can He Tell You About Running?

Dear Runner,

Hello, my name is Blaine Moore and I am a runner like you. I have been running almost my entire life and joined my first competitive team in 1991.

I have run at almost every different level that is accessible to the average person. I have run through middle school and high school. I have competed on a college team. I have run for a local club team, and I have competed as a competitive amateur in the USATF-NE grand prix. I have raced every distance between 400 meters and 50 kilometers on many different surfaces including the track, the roads, and the trails.

For my entire life, I have been a student of my sport. For the past several years, I have been offering tips and advice about running and cross training through my website along with recent news both local and international.
